Consignment Batch for Imported Electrical and Electronics Products

SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd, through its Consignment Laboratory of the Electrical and Electronic Section offers batch certification for imported electrical and electronics products which is regulated by the Energy Commission (ST) through its Consignment Services. This service provides third party certification of products and is based on the ISO certification system no.7, where a batch of product is sample tested and a control labels are issued to the batch.

Under the consignment service, approval is given only to consignments which have satisfactorily gone through the inspection and testing process. Upon approval, SIRIM Labels with a quantity to the consignment size will be issued to the applicant and these labels shall be affixed to each unit of products under the consignment.
