About Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) & Supply Chain
The MSPO certification scheme allows for growers (independent or organised smallholders or estates) or palm oil mills to be individually or collectively certified.
Group certifications may be a single certification covering:
- a group of estates
- a group of mills
- a group of smallholders
- a combination of an estate, mill and/or smallholders
MSPO certification enables organisations to declare their products as sustainable.
The MSPO supply chain certification applies to downstream plant such as refineries, kernel crushing plant, oleochemicals, end product manufacturers, etc.
